Welcome to TeacHer Style on Wheels, your go-to source for boutique and custom teacher style. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any products or services we provide. By using our site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account Use

By using this site, you confirm you’re at least the age of majority in your area and responsible for your account activity. Please ensure all personal and payment information you provide is current and accurate.

2. Our Products

We do our best to accurately describe and display our items, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders & Returns

All orders are subject to approval. Custom items are non-returnable. For boutique clothing that isn’t custom-made, we offer exchanges for size if items are unworn, unwashed, and returned with tags within 14 days. See our Return Policy for details.

4. Pricing & Billing

Prices are shown at the time of order and may differ from in-store pricing. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment info and authorize charges made to your payment method.

5. Shipping

We are not liable for shipping delays once your order is in the hands of the carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you at the time of shipment.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, logos, and text—is owned by TeacHer Style on Wheels or its partners. You may not use, copy, or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may offer tools or link to other websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or services. Use them at your own discretion.

8. Shopify Relationship

Our store is powered by Shopify. Purchases and customer support are handled directly by TeacHer Style on Wheels, not Shopify.

Any feedback or reviews you share may be used by us for promotional or business purposes. Please keep submissions respectful and lawful.

We may correct errors, update info, or cancel orders at any time without notice if we discover inaccuracies.
